Cook 100 Gm Pigeon Pea (Toor Dail & Mix Vegetables Ulm Drumstick, 0110151, Pumpkin And Onion. Crush The Boil Pigeon Pea Using Blender. Add Small Pieces Of Boiled Vegetables And 2tbsp Sahiyar Sambhar Masala, 2tsp Tamarind Pulp In This Mixture. ForTadka / Baghar, Heat asp Oil In A Pan And Add 1/4tsp Fenugreek , 1 Red Chilli, 1/2tsp Mustard Seeds, To 8 Curry Leaves & 1 Pinch Asafoetida. Add Tadka / Baghar In To The Mixture And Add Salt As Per Your Taste. Boil For Few Minutes. Your Delicious Sambhar Is Ready To serve Not With Dose, Idli Or Utappa.
